I brought my mom for an EGD and she was very nervous as her last experience was painful. It took 5 time to get an IV in. Polly made it a priority to put mom’s nerves as ease. She numbed and got the IV in the first stick. My mom was so relieved and happy she got teary eyed. Her worst fear was having the IV drama she had before. It’s the little things like this that makes my mom happy.
