CNRV Ambulatory DAISY Award

Congratulations to Karen Hanks, RN, Same Day Surgery! Thank you for the compassion you show each day not only to patients but also their family members. Karen was nominated by a patients Mother, here is what she had to say: 

My daughter had surgery. As a Mother, your heart is never quiet until your child is back. Karen checked on me several times. She was an angel to my daughter and was so efficient. There was a snafu with the medicine and she fixed it right up. She isn't just a nurse, she became a friend. I got through this day because of her kindness, empathy and hard work! She is a treasure!
