CFMH's Jessica Glad, CRCST, OR, Donates her iPad for Pediatric Patients

I'd like to recognize one of my employees, Jessica Glad.  We had a staff meeting to discuss things we would like to do to make our pediatric patients feel more comfortable at our hospital.  We discussed many things but one was trying to get an iPad that we could load different age appropriate games and apps on so that they could use it as a distraction.  The next day I came to work and Jessica had brought me an iPad that she stated she no longer used and would like for our department to have it to use for the pediatric patients.  I feel this goes above and beyond in making sure we can provide excellent care to our patients and making sure they are comfortable during a high anxiety time in their lives!
