Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital Celebrates Desheda Dobbins-Watkins as the Bee Award Winner

I was admitted to the hospital on Jan 7. Sheda was the tech that night. When I arrived, she made sure I knew her name and that she was available for anything I needed. As she helped me settle in, she made me feel comfortable and cared for. My second night, she returned to take care of me always with a bright smile on her face. I got the feeling that she really likes what she is doing, helping others. Both nights, I felt like her only patient with the treatment I received but I know better than that. Thank you, Sheda, for making my stay bearable.
