Carilion Franklin Memorial Celebrates Bryce Graves as the BEE Award Winner

CNA Bryce was incredibly kind and patient with my hard-of-hearing mother. Instead of rushing through tasks or getting frustrated, he took his time, repeated things gently when she could not hear, and made sure she understood everything that was happening. He offered her warm blankets and even brought an extra pillow to help her get comfortable. Those small gestures made a big difference.  She felt supported, understood, and genuinely cared for. His kindness turned what could have been a stressful experience into one where my mother felt safe and respected.
