Celebrating- Patient Access Week- April 4-10

The week of April the 4th is Patient Access Week, the Celebration of some very courageous, compassionate and hard working individuals!  Patient Access is such an important area in our Health System and there are so many things they do that no one realizes. It is an incredibly rewarding job but at the same time can sometimes feel like you may be overlooked, believe me you are not, all eyes are on you and the Guest Services department, together these two very important departments are instrumental in how things come together every single day.  I am so proud of the team at Riverside 3 (Everyone is so Incredible) even on those bad days, they don't give up, they know the show must go on, and that is what this is. We are delivering an Exceptional Service to our Patients and to do this we must work together, each department effects the next one, and we continue to learn and grow and continue delivering the best Customer Service to our Patients and One another. 

Please help me Celebrate the Patient Access Teams this week, no matter which Facility you are at do me and favor and thank them for all they do! I am very proud of our department and am thrilled to see the progress that has happened these past couple of years! Congratulations to all of you!
