Caring for Patients-the extra mile

I wanted to give a shout out to Christian Thurman-Parking Assistant. I had a slight fall and visited the ER Saturday. When I finished with my "stay" I was waiting inside for my ride. He saw me sitting and watching and came in to ask if I was OK and did I need anything. Ask about the "car" that would be picking me up so he could assist. I observed him assisting several other folks that was withing his "area". He politely assisted them and directed them to where they needed to go. When my car arrived, he assisted me to the car and opened the door. He went above and beyond in his caring for others. Thank you Christian!
