Carilion Payroll provides COMPASSION to employees affected by recent bank merger!

I want to personally thank Dawn Goodman and her team for the compassion they exhibited toward Carilion Clinic employees whose payroll direct deposits were negatively impacted last week by the MemberOne/Virginia Credit Union merger.  I can attest it has been a frustrating weekend for me and my family.  I am well aware that I was not the only "casualty" on Friday of the MemberOne/VACU payroll deposit error!  I have relatives employed by other organizations who were affected, but they are not receiving the same focused attention to meet their need that our payroll department is currently providing to us.  So, I am grateful that I can rest a little easier knowing that my concern was addressed quickly and efficiently and that we can expect a positive outcome soon.  There is more I could say about this merger as I am sure many of you can too, but I will end this recognition positively only focusing on Carilion, Dawn Goodman, and her payroll team.  THANK YOU, DAWN!!!  You and your team are appreciated!!!
