Carilion Diabetes Management Team Supports the Community

In lieu of a monthly meeting or holiday party, Carilion's Diabetes Management Team spent an afternoon volunteering at Feeding Southwest Virginia. The team routinely meets with people with food insecurity and thankfully, through a partnership with Feeding Southwest Virginia, has been able to provide Healthy Choices food boxes to those in need. This volunteer event was an opportunity to give back to this amazing resource while supporting the community and having a blast together offsite!
