Cardiologist LPN, Melissa Sharp, goes above and beyond

On Friday January 31 a patient called her cardiologists office with sick symptoms. Instead of simply instructing this patient to call their pcp, Melissa personally called our office, obtained an appointment for the patient, and called the patient to tell them about the appointment. 

Melissa does not know the meaning of the words "not my job, not my problem."

So very proud to have such high quality staff, like Melissa Sharp, at Carilion!
