Brooke Saves the Day!!

Brooke Wall is an RT at our Christiansburg Velocity Care site. I am the RT at our Blacksburg location. On 9/18 within an hour of opening we had 13 patients checked in, with only one Provider at our location. The nurse and myself were focusing on the patient's that were currently in line to be triaged and roomed. We noticed our 'call' check in patients were magically already triaged over the phone. Brooke, who was at our Christiansburg site working had checked our schedule. She had noticed our influx of patients and in her spare minutes in between her own patients, she had called and triaged ours...without being asked or wanting  any recognition, we only knew it was her because we seen that she had reviewed their charts. This made our day much smoother and is teamwork collaboration at it's finest! Thank you, Brooke!!
