Big Tops & Tiny Miracles: NICU Reunion a Smashing Success!

Step right up, NICU Graduate Planning Committee, and take a bow! A massive round of applause goes out to our incredible NICU team at Carilion for pulling off a spectacular Carnival-Themed NICU Graduation Reunion! With over 200 NICU graduates and their families in attendance, the event was a heartwarming celebration of strength, resilience, and community.

From colorful decorations to cheerful games and delicious treats, every detail brought the fun and magic of a carnival to life right inside the walls of Tanglewood and the smiles on the faces of our tiniest graduates (and their not-so-tiny selves now!) said it all. The families were thrilled to reconnect with their NICU heroes, and the positive feedback has been rolling in like a prize-winning ring toss.

To everyone who planned, decorated, welcomed families, handed out snacks, or just shared a warm smile-- you made the magic happen. Thank you to all our donors and volunteers. Your dedication not only celebrates the journey of our graduates but also reminds us of the incredible impact we have every day.
