BIG THANKS TO LISA CARR-SURGERY WHIZ REVIEWER

I have been assigned to cover a surgery floor in one of my teammate's absence. Surgery is definitely my Achillles Heel, and it has been challenging. If it weren't for help and education provided by my colleague Lisa Carr, I would be lost. She has generously taken so much time explaining processes and helping me navigate the surgery reviews.
