Amazing collaboration with our community flu clinics!

Getting your flu shot is more important than ever this year, which is why Community Health and Outreach (CHO) has ramped up their efforts to provide free flu vaccines to the underserved population within our communities.

In partnership with community organizations, CHO has executed 21 clinics open-air clinics, vaccinating over 500 people and have 5 more clinics planned through October. The full schedule can be found here: https://carilionclinic.org/community-programs#flu-shot-clinics.

Kudos to our CHO staff in Roanoke, as well as our CHO staff in the community hospitals (CGCH, CNRV CFMH, CSJH and CTCH) for helping to coordinate this effort and always keeping our community safe and heathy!
