Adult Inpatient Mental Health CTL Recognition

I wanted to give recognition to Austin Hall, RN who was coming off working night shift on Monday, 1/26/2026 after the winter storm came through that weekend. Instead of heading home, he opted to aid in picking up myself and another coworker and taking us to work when we had gotten stuck trying to get out. Myself and a coworker were forced to consider calling out because our vehicles could not trudge through the neighborhood streets, but Austin offered to pick us up as an alternative. Not only did he take us to work safely, but this act also aided in keeping our Roanoke inpatient mental health units staffed on one of the most crucial days following the winter storm with multiple callouts due to road conditions.
