Above and Beyond

Hayley Wilburn and Teresa Westbrook went above and beyond with a patient. Hayley Wiburn our front desk staff and one of our nurses Teresa took time out of their busy schedules to help a patient learn how to answer his cell phone. This patient is an older patient and is new to using a cell phone but they made sure he knew how to answer the phone and saved our number in his phone just in case he needed more help. We work in a very fast pace office and rarely ever have extra time but they made sure that this patient was taken care of even though it was not part of their every day duties.
