We're Partnering with Landmark Healthcare Facilities to Expand Services in Daleville

We will expand services at our Orchard Marketplace location off U.S. Route 220 in Daleville in a partnership with Landmark Healthcare Facilities. The project will improve the region's access to our advanced care services.

The project includes a two-story addition that will be developed in partnership with Landmark, a national developer specializing in outpatient healthcare facilities. The 40,000 square-foot expansion will add 75 jobs and will include an emergency department, additional medical and clinical spaces designed to support specialized care in Obstetrics and Gynecology, Orthopaedics, General Surgery, and Cardiology, and an expansion of the existing Family and Community Medicine space. The project will enhance community members’ access to high-quality care in Botetourt County and surrounding communities, providing seamless connections to our broad network of specialists and hospitals.

Landmark will develop, design, and build the project and will provide ongoing property and facility management services. Carilion will operate the facility once it's finished.

The project reinforces Carilion’s ongoing commitment to delivering high-quality, accessible healthcare to the communities it serves, including in the Daleville and surrounding areas, which are growing through increased economic development. It helps us provide 24/7/365 advanced emergency medicine services to patients throughout Botetourt County and beyond, joining the patient services we offer in that area, including Carilion Children’s, VelocityCare, and imaging.
