There's a New Benefits, Pay and Well-being Hub!

If you’re on Inside Carilion searching for the Your Carilion Rewards or Well-being hubs, you won’t find them—at least not in their previous format!

The new Benefits, Pay and Well-being hub merges Your Carilion Rewards with Well-being to put benefits, rewards, perks and well-being in one spot. This makes it easier to navigate your benefits and well-being resources and better understand how they are all connected.

The new hub is organized in response to feedback we’ve heard from you about how you look for these resources. Your Carilion Rewards was organized by topic and included a category of benefits, rewards, perks and discounts available to you, with icons that represented each category. Sometimes, it could take some searching to figure out what benefit belonged in each category.

The new hub has a simpler design and replaces jargon with plain language to help you find what you need faster.

Here are a few examples of where to find commonly searched-for items: 

Medical Benefits

Medical benefits are among the most used benefits, so you'll find it under Benefits. You can also locate information about your dental, vision, disability, life and other benefits here.

PTO Information

Check under Your Time Away for information about paid time off.

PTO Cash-in Details

PTO cash-in is a way we add money back into your wallet, so look under Your Wallet and select Rewards to find information about it.

Virgin Pulse

Virgin Pulse offers many ways to improve your well-being, so you guessed it—it's under the "Physical" section of Well-being.

Marriage and Other Life Changes

Another goal of the new hub is to meet you where you are in life. The Life Changes section has details to help you think through how your benefits may change if you marry.

If you aren't sure how you'll find something, the content box to the right of each section on the hub's homepage gives you an easy view of what's included.
