Temporary Moves Within Family Medicine and VelocityCare

Our VelocityCare location on Electric Road will begin facility improvement to essential building systems, which are expected to take approximately 6–8 weeks to complete. While work is underway, we are making some temporary moves to accommodate our patients.

Beginning Monday, Sept. 14:

• VelocityCare Electric Road will operate out of the Carilion Family Medicine – Starkey practice space next door to continue providing urgent care services at this location.
• To accommodate this transition, the Carilion Family Medicine – Starkey primary care team will see patients from our Carilion Family Medicine – Brambleton location while sharing the practice space.

Let your patients know about this change as appropriate. We look forward to welcoming them back to the regular locations after the work is complete.
