Thank you to all the teams who worked tirelessly to resolve the issue, minimize disruptions, and ensure our patients continued to receive safe, high-quality care throughout the event.

We appreciate your quick response, collaboration, and commitment to our patients and one another.

9:50 P.M. UPDATE:

The network is stable. We are still addressing electrical disruptions in the tower, and downtime procedures remain in place. We anticipate a full fix by tomorrow evening (Friday, Oct. 9).

The tube system for the tower remains down.

6:35 P.M. UPDATE:

We are experiencing several impacts while the panel is offline including tower-wide impacts:

  • Tube system currently down.

We are also aware of several reports of trash and linen chutes experiencing disruptions on certain floors.

TSG, Maintenance and system teams are working with clinical leaders to assess and address needs. If you are experiencing a disruption, please report it to your manager. Continue to follow downtime procedures as needed.
