What is well-being?

Well-being is a sustainable condition that allows an individual to develop and thrive.

Well-being encompasses our mental, physical, social, cultural, environmental, occupational, and financial health. We recognize that the dimensions of well-being are interconnected and by working toward the well-being of the whole person, we foster a culture of commitment and caring for ourselves and our colleagues, resulting in better care for our patients.
