Congratulations to Christy Lynch on winning the BEE Award!

Please join the Nursing Administration Staff as we celebrate, Christy Lynch as our new BEE Award Recipient.  Christy is a Patient Care Tech in the Oncology Department.  Here is her nomination story:

Christy was an excellent caregiver. she was kind, caring and patient while providing care to me. She went the extra mile EVERY time she interacted with me making me feel I was not just another patient but a human being that she cared about.  I was a nurse at this hospital in the past and I know what her job entails and all the little extra things she did to ensure I was comfortable are hard to specify but are what makes the care she provided the best and over and above what is expected.

The BEE Award recognizes the extraordinary work of our unlicensed nursing support staff. Just as honeybees gather pollen and nectar, CRMH nursing assistants, nurse externs, technicians and sitters contribute to the delivery of the care plan to provide the best possible care to patients and their families. The award honors nursing support staff members who go above and beyond for our patients and their families.
