Monique brings a unique and strong family practice background to our team. She is able to meld her past work experience with the current work needed, in order to go above and beyond in completing those projects. She has a professional and warm, friendly spirit in dealing with patient's on the phone. Her collaboration with me this year on drafting and editing workflows for our team was of tremendous value. Her commitment and dedication in executing the  specifics of her work with such a detailed correction and focus are definitely a cornerstone of strength for our team that help us to not only meet but to exceed FCM standards.
