Pam Holt celebrates 35 years!

For 35 years Pam Holt has demonstrated commitment to Carilion by consistently providing the gold standard of patient care. 

As a nurse, a director, an educator, and a nurse practitioner Pam has always given 100% effort into every single patient she's taken care of. She applies the same dedication and effort into orienting employees, educating students, any of her administrative duties, and to her various roles within the cardiology department. After 35 years she still accomplishes everything with kindness and empathy. Any ancillary staff that has worked with Pam has something they have learned from her that has helped to improve their practice. I cannot think of a better example for commitment and compassion than Pam Holt.
