Thank you Rocky Mount Family Practice

The Administrative team at Rocky Mount Family practice went above and beyond to obtain another copy of patient's medical records from out of state.

Patient came in to our office for medication refills pending upcoming New Patient visit with Rocky Mount practice.  Medical Records were sent to Rocky Mount ahead of the visit, sent for scanning, and hadn't yet been scanned and available for our provider to review.  Their team called the out of state office and had the records re-sent to Community Care for the appointment.  Patient left very happy because of their efforts to ensure he got the needed medications.  I spoke with Tara Mullins, and possibly another member of that stellar team.

I could only choose one value, so I chose Commitment.  It was difficult to choose only one . . . this also showed amazing compassion and collaboration.
