CFMH's Natalie Wickstrum rocking her new role as Imaging Team Leader!

Last night our Imaging department took on an influx of patients and Natalie Wickstrum selflessly came back in for several hours to get our patients taken care of in a timely manner. We had about 20 exams pending at once with only 2 techs! She relieved a ton of stress off our shoulders and even put in a ticket for a broken detector. All in the same day, I also witnessed her helping an elderly patient set up a booster vaccine in-between patients. The patient had no online access or family to help her. What a compassionate act of service this was to keep our patient safe and healthy! Natalie has also been dealing with staff shortages seamlessly. Thank you Natalie for taking care of not only your team, but also your patients!
