CNRV Daisy Award Winner

Congratulations to Caileigh Lytton, LPN with MCU, for winning the Daisy award!  MCU has been a busy unit caring for COVID patients but Caileigh is always willing to help her team. She had four nominations by patients and co-workers.

"Night shift on July 11th was short staffed. Weekend day shifters stayed over to help us. We really do appreciate their help. Caileigh came in at 2300 and stayed until 0700."

"Always available, knowledgeable, and ready to help were we need her. She was able to place an IV when several other couldn’t. So pleasant and upbeat. "

"Caileigh volunteered to come in at 11pm after being on the road all day returning home from vacation to help night shift out. Caileigh came in and took over three patients so I didn’t have patients and be charge nurse. She helped the night run smoothly. She is a great co-worker and team player. "
