Great Catch!

Today Pam spotted a patient on our schedule that will be coming in next week whose last name was hyphenated and entered incorrectly in Epic. This patient had multiple appointments in the past within Carilion Clinic and just today thanks to her great attention to detail, caught that error and was able to get that changed in our system right away! We all know how significant it is to have the correct patient information in Epic, big kudos to Pam for catching this! Since my time here, Pam has always shown excellent patient care. Thank you for going above and beyond everyday and for being an essential part of our team. I appreciate all your hard work and dedication!
