IPC Spotlight of the Month - July 2021

Lexi joined Carilion Clinic in August 2020 as an Infection Preventionist. Her prior experiences include working in the behavioral health field at Blue Ridge Behavioral Healthcare and earning a Master of Public Health degree from Virginia Tech in May 2019. Lexi is an outpatient IP and also works with the main OR at CRMH. Since joining Carilion IPC, Lexi has participated in several quality improvement projects and studies including the recently completed vaccine perception survey among Carilion Clinic healthcare workers. She enjoys developing relationships with all of her clinics and units.
