Recognizing our new members of NTICU!

9MICU wants to recognize two of our employees:  James H. and Alberto B. They both need to be recognized for their commitment and their initiative to make our unit a comfortable place for our patients and our colleagues.

James is assigned to 9MICU and his level of engagement to his role has been greatly appreciated among the nursing staff and our patients. James does not wait for anyone to notify him of any problems if he sees an issue on the unit he resolves it. He takes initiate to keep our unit so clean that he empties all the garbage cans in the units and offices even though it is not part of his assignment. In addition, James has a positive and friendly attitude.

Alberto is responsible for deep cleaning our floors and making them shiny but he goes beyond that by taking time to help clean up the unit. You can find Alberto cleaning up the break room just because he does not like messy or dirty areas. Albert is also very friendly and kind.
