Staff Pick Me Up

Everyone working in healthcare surely has some degree of Covid burnout by now. Dee Fix, Director of Facilities at CSJH recognized that staff could use a moment or two to just think of something else and came up with the fun idea for staff to exchange valentines. She purchased valentines cards for each department to use. Each employee has the opportunity to recognize a co-worker or department who has gone above and beyond to help them, put a smile on their face or who is just always there to help. Employees will drop their valentines in one of the mail bags Dee decorated. This simple project demonstrates both Dee's commitment to and compassion for her coworkers and her staff.
