More Than Just a Co-Worker

Rebecca Johnson of the ED at CRMH has been instrumental in her leadership as a CTL, her care and compassion for not just her patients, but for her coworkers and those she leads. She is the embodiment of a leader in her actions via capitalizing on teachable moments to improve our pt care, not because she has to but because she wants to, in her positive reinforcement in all that we do from furthering our educations to learning/practicing new skills, and most importantly, in her genuine care regarding our health and well being as co-workers. Her commitment to us is unwavering and when faced with adversity, her demeanor and approach is that of a well seasoned provider much more her senior. Lucky is an understatement in regards to having her as a mentor and co-worker. Thank you Becca for all that you do for us.
