Impressed with visit

I was slated for a consult with new doc yesterday 11/17/2020 in 3 Riverside.  I was impressed with the positive vibe I got when I entered, the efficiency of the screener, the pleasant staff I dealt with in Pt Access, nursing and Dr. Uhrig.  Yes.... I am an employee, but at that moment, I was a patient and greatly appreciate the care and services I received.  Keep up the great work, Carilion!  I realize that we ALL are under stress of COVID and working through all that, but it was refreshing to have good customer service.  Thank you!!!!
