Pharmacist appointed to the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) Task Force on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion

Nathan Everson, PharmD, BCIDP, is one of twenty individuals appointed to the Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists (SIDP) Task Force on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion! We are proud to have Nathan representing Carilion and the Department of Pharmacy on this task force!  

A statement on the task force from SIDP:  The Society of Infectious Diseases Pharmacists is committed to creating and sustaining an inclusive and welcoming society and improving the representation of minorities in our membership, leadership, and profession. In July 2020, we appointed the Task Force on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, to uplift the voices of minority members and to recommend actions that will better ensure diversity, equity, and inclusion across the Society.
