Get Support for Life's Changes with AbleTo

Submitted by eapullin on

Managing changes can be difficult and sometimes life events leave us feeling out of control—especially when worry, anger, depression or confusion take the reins.

If you’re a member of the Carilion Medical Plan, the Aetna® Behavioral Health AbleTo program can help you take charge of those emotions and regain control of your health and your life. It’s just one of Your Carilion Rewards—all the perks and benefits available to you as a Carilion employee!

About AbleTo

For eight weeks, you’ll work with two AbleTo specialists. Meet face-to-face using online video or simply talk on the phone with a therapist and behavior coach each week. That's two sessions a week, including a final meeting with your therapist. You don't need to see a physician to participate in the program and it's all part of your Aetna medical plan benefit!

The therapist will help you address emotional challenges like depression, stress and anxiety that can come with a medical diagnosis or other life event. Your behavior coach will work with you to identify health goals and develop an action plan.

You choose the times that work best for you, whether it's during the day, in the evening or on the weekends. AbleTo makes getting the help you need convenient so it’s easy to complete the program and see that you are in control to make healthy changes.

For more information, see this flyer. To start AbleTo, call 844-330-3648.
