A tip of the cap to the CAPS team

The work on clinical projects guiding our response to COVID-19 is phenomenal. Many thanks to the members of the CAPS team (Process Improvement, Quality Facilitators and Human Factors)! They’re ensuring everything from testing algorithms to PPE to our employee hotline operate properly -- planning and proposing and then helping carry out countless tasks with clinicians in Infection Prevention and Control. I’m fortunate to be participating in daily calls with CAPS to make sure their communication needs are noted and Marketing and Communications is prepared to step in to collaborate with them. Recognition is due PI Team members and the QJFs supporting/leading project work. Their commitment to their work is evident and it’s helping lead us through the pandemic as we expected.
