COVID fit testing

Thank you Chris Monk for working diligently and timely to ensure all staff and providers had ample fit testing service.  Various respirators (N95's) drove the need for additional testing of employees in a time of which fit testing solutions were extremely difficult to obtain.  Chris streamlined our process, monitored supplies, partnered with Employee Health, Infection Prevention, Pharmacy, the Staffing Command Center, and Material Management to get the job done!  In addition, she developed a process to enter over 800 fit testing documents into the EH database.  Thank you Chris for being a positive leader, resilient, organized and dedicated to our organization!
