There are a few ways, so ask your manager which way is preferred for your department.
- Clock in and out using the Kronos mobile app.
- Clock in and out using the Timestamp application in the Apps portal.
If you do not have access, your manager can submit an Access Request using Edison. - Manually keep a log of hours and send it to your manager by email.
You can use the Kronos exception sheet (a Microsoft Word doc).

I'm sick but I can still work from home. Do I have to take time off?
If you already arranged with your manager to work from home and you are physically able to work, you do not have to take time off.

If you need to take time off, please discuss with your manager with as much notice as possible and follow your department policy and protocols.
