After Hours Translation

Mercedes Quinones (Merci), an RN in the NRV OB/GYN office, truly went above and beyond tonight. Merci is also a certified medical interpreter, and has been present for many of this patient's prenatal visits. She came to the Birthplace to assist with the admission process during office hours which was very helpful.  Later in the evening, when the patient was having a difficult time focusing on the Language Line interpreter, Merci gladly called the patient to provide translation over the phone.
