Sign Up for the R.N. Career Advancement Program To Improve Your Personal and Career Development

The R.N. Career Advancement Program (CAP) assists registered nurses in their personal and career development through excellence in practice. It provides recognition for R.N.s who contribute to certain activities, projects and committees, and the professional practice model REACH: research, education, advocacy, clinical and human touch.

You can sign up by Dec. 1 to declare your intent to participate in the 2020 program.

There are four levels of CAP:

• R.N.
• R.N. II
• R.N. III
• R.N. IV

Advancement to R.N. II, R.N. III or R.N. IV is voluntary and is earned on an annual basis.
