Carilion Clinic Toastmasters Earns President's Distinguished Club Designation !

Carilion Clinic Toastmasters, a group who strives to improve public speaking, interpersonal communication and leadership skills, has achieved President's Distinguished Club - the highest level of club recognition available. The club met the membership prerequisite and achieved at least nine of 10 goals of education, training and administration.

The club will receive a ribbon that can be displayed on a banner, a letter of recognition from Toastmasters International, and will be listed with this designation and recognized by the International, National and State levels for the next year.

It is achieved by everyone working together, achieving personal goals and demonstrating perseverance.

This is a dynamic, inspiring group who demonstrates Commitment to excellence in communication with patients, colleagues and Courage to continuously broaden horizons in speaking, communication and leadership skills.
