Night Shift TSG shout out!

I have recently had to utilize TSG and their services frequently on the night shift and they are always quick to respond. They call the unit within 10 minutes of putting in a request into Edison to let me know they have received my request and gather any additional information. Once this is complete I always receive a follow up phone call from the responsible party to give me a time frame of when they will complete my ticket. This means a lot to me personally because I have always worked night shift and sometimes it can be quite challenging to "get things done". Thank you TSG for being awesome!!
