Commitment and Communications

I would like to give a THANK YOU to Cindy Fallon with TSG Application Management for her dedication and teamwork. Over the past week the reporting software that we use stopped working. Cindy assigned the ticket and stared to look into possible solutions to the issue. She was able to find a temporary fix to the problem until a permanent solution could be found . She stayed in constant communication during the process and answered any questions in a timely manner.
