Amanda Kidd, a University of Virginia graduate, is a Quality and Transformations Administrator at Carilion Clinic and a Nursing Leadership Institute of Virginia fellow currently pursuing her doctorate. As a transformational leader, she has facilitated several large initiatives to promote patient-centered care.
