A True 5C Employee @ CGCH

Leigh Morris is a prime example of an employee who represents the 5 Cs of Carilion Clinic.  When Leigh received a patient’s radiology report that raised some concern, her commitment and compassion to the community served by Carilion Giles Community Hospital became a reality to the patient.  She was curious about the report findings and had the courage to request a second reading.  Her concern was the radiologist reviewing the test did not have all of the appropriate information, including the previous report and guidelines for this particular test.  This initiative resulted in the patient getting a timelier consult with a specialist.

Only one Carilion Value could be chosen, but Leigh represents all 5 Cs!
