CCPT Comm Center - Commitment to our Crews

On March 5, the CCPT Communications Center received a report of an ambulance versus tractor trailer collision in the area. Details from the scene were not yet available and Life-Guard was activated. The Communications Specialists, without hesitation, quickly formulated a plan to escalate the issue and reach out to all of CCPT's on-duty ground crews to determine if any were involved in the collision and if so, ensure that the proper assets were deployed to assist. In less than four minutes, almost 30 crews were contacted and found to be safe and accounted for. The intensity of the Comm Center staff in those moments was inspiring. Thank you to the duty crews on shift that day for responding so quickly to the status check alert pages, and thank you to Beth, Scott, Lauren, Josh, Diane, Becky, Carla and Lindsy for stopping at nothing to take care of our own. So proud of you all.
