Taking that extra step

     I would like to thank Carolyn Smith at the HR customer service line for Benefits. I had a number of different questions, regarding leave, reimbursement for premiums, the cost of benefits now- having changed position and much more. She listened to my concerns, promptly found the information needed resolving the request. My next step was to call payroll, determining repayment amounts and schedule. As I reached for the phone, it rang. It was Caroline; she had already called Payroll for me, and was excited to let me know I was all paid up! Carolyne's friendly help with a kind of tedious problem, taking extra steps to get to the absolute best resolution, was way beyond expectations. Thank you Carolyn!
