10S Oncology Nurses Celebrate a Milestone

We have the pleasure of taking care of many wonderful people. But there are some that just become so special not only to us, but we are special to them. That special one for us is "Mr C." He had been talking about hoping he makes it to his 90th birthday & we are thankful he has. So on that special day when he showed up for his appointment we had a surprise for him (but not from his son, whom we had shared our plans with). We had decorated his room, had cupcakes made for him, a gift & staff even came in on their off day, all to celebrate his 90th Birthday. His son wanted us to share their story as it was also special to him how much we love & respect his dad. We're ready to party on your 91st as well "Mr C."
