Awesome Annex Team 1/20/19

Sunday evening in Annex B was challenging at best.  I had some awesome support with a very agitated, complicated, and critically ill patient.  With the help of these individuals, a potential distressing situation for both staff and patient, resulted in a swift ICU transfer and positive patient outcome.  I don’t know everyone’s last name and I apologize if I miss a name (because there were so many involved).  Many thanks to Hollie, CA (Annex B), Matt, Medic(Annex B), Brandon, RN (Annex A), Matt Nelson (CTL), Macon RN, Richard, CA (Annex A), Julie King, NP, Dr Fortuna, Emily (AES), many members of Carilion PD, Roanoke City Deputies.  And again, I apologize if I missed your name if you helped during this situation.  It was exhausting, but we were successful in excellent patient care and safety of this individual who may never realize what we all did for him.  That’s why I wanted to let everyone know what a difference you truly made!  Thanks for the awesome teamwork!  So proud to work with such smart and compassionate individuals
