Life-Guard Selected as the AAMS 2018 Flight Program of the Year

Congratulations to Carilion Clinic Life-Guard on being selected as the Association of Air Medical Services 2018 Flight Program of the Year! This award recognizes an emergency medical transport service (national or international) that has demonstrated a superior level of patient care, management prowess, high quality leadership through visionary and innovative approaches, customer service, safety consciousness, marketing ingenuity, community service, and a commitment to the medical transport community as a whole.

Life-Guard was acknowledged for not only their commitment to quality, safety, and patient care but also specifically on their work with the "Land the Drone" campaign, the development of an exchange program with Haiti Air Ambulance, the promotion of health and wellness through their annual 5K "Rotor Run,"  and their dedication to annual volunteer service projects within the community they serve.
